The Emotion Code

Emotions play a incredibly large role in our lives. How we feel dictates the decisions we make and the way we live our lives. Sometimes it is very difficult to process painful, negative emotions. As a natural defense mechanism, often times we push our suffering aside. When we do this, these negative stresses become stored within us, and translate to “emotional baggage”. Next, we find ways to not deal with these emotions. Actions such as overeating, drinking, drugs, and smoking are all methods that we use to distract ourselves from these stored stresses.

The Emotion Code is a simple and extremely effective modality that can be used to discover and eliminate trapped emotional stress in the body. Once this tangible energy has been released, clients experience a rapid reduction of both physical and emotional pain, as well as a feeling of increased mental clarity. With these trapped emotions cleared, we are now able to experience more energy, liveliness, and optimism in our lives.
